1. All adult occupants must be at least 21 years of age (we do not accept co-signers) 
2. Tenants must have a verifiable gross monthly income of 3 times the amount of the monthly rent.
3. Must have good landlord references. 
4. We verify your credit history, we do not base our decision on credit alone.   
5. We complete a background and criminal check.  (There is a $25 charge per adult for credit report, criminal and background report).  

Lease Requirements: All leases must be 6 months unless specified otherwise. We also offer 9 or 12 month leases.

Pet Deposit: All pet friendly properties require a minimum of $300 deposit per pet and a minimum of an additional $25 per pet per month.  Dog owners are also required to carry renter's insurance.

Property showings are by appointment only, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.  PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO VIEW PROPERTIES WITHOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. SOME OF THE PROPERTIES ARE OCCUPIED.
