Qualification Guidelines for Tenants Applying for Rent from Us:

  1. All adult occupants must be at least 21 years of age (we do not accept co-signers)
  2. Tenants must have a verifiable gross monthly income of 3 times the amount of the monthly rent.
  3. Must have good landlord references.
  4. We verify your credit history, we do not base our decision on credit alone.  
  5. We complete a background and criminal check.
  6. There is an application fee of $30 charged per adult. 

Lease Requirements:

All leases must be 6 months unless specified otherwise. We also offer 9 or 12 month leases.

Pet Deposit:

All pet friendly properties require a minimum of $300 deposit per pet. Dog owners are also required to carry renter's insurance.

Property showings are by appointment only, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 4:30.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO VIEW PROPERTIES WITHOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. SOME OF THE PROPERTIES ARE OCCUPIED. DO NOT DISTURB OUR TENANTS. Tenant FAQs

I am an excellent tenant and take good care of the home. Can you waive my late charges?
No.  Premier Property Management does not waive late charges.  Fair Housing laws require that we treat all our tenants equally.  We do not decide if one tenant is more deserving than another of paying late charges.  We enforce late charges across the board.
